We offer free international shipping on all string reels or orders above $100. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days (depending on destination).
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

Please note:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
• StringerPros is not liable for any delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of your order, please contact us.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address:

• The courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
• Failure to collect within the courier's holding period may result in the order being returned to us.
